1. What do you mean by Museum Quality Print?
Each poster is made on thick and durable matte paper. It is giclée-printed on archival, acid-free paper, with a paper thickness of 10.3 mil (0.26 mm) and opacity 94%.
2. Do you provide frames with the posters?
You can choose to get your poster without a frame or with black or white frames when you put in an order through the product page.
3. How do you care for the environment?
We print our posters in small batches and never keep a large amount of stock with us. We partner with environment-friendly printers all across the world.
4. How do you plant a tree for every poster sold?
We have partnered with Ecologi who plants trees on our behalf and help reduce our carbon footprint.
SHIPPING
1. Where does the box ship to?
We ship worldwide. If you are outside of the USA, UK, EU, Australia, or Canada, please expect a bit of a delay in your product reaches you. You can specify your shipping address on the checkout screen and also your account.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free worldwide.
3. When will my posters arrive?
We ship posters from warehouses across the world. With the current COVID restrictions, all our products are arriving late. Please give some time for your product to arrive.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
1. Can I return a product I am not fully satisfied with?
If you are unhappy with the product, please get in touch with us through the contact form on the website and we will try to resolve your concerns. We refund the money for genuine concerns with the product.
